Step 1 Apply to affected areas after cleansing with a gentle hygiene product.

Step 1 Wash with cold or lukewarm water.
Step 2 Avoid scrubbing, which can weaken the skin.
Step 3 Avoid touching superficial redness.
Step 4 When outside, wear a hat, long sleeves, sunglasses and apply a sunscreen (SPF 50+) to exposed skin (neck, hands).
